Dad's Trailside Bed and Breakfast is a large 19th century home, located on scenic highway Route 201, 15 miles north of Skowhegan, in Solon, Maine.  We are conveniently located for a variety of seasonal activities:  golf, summer theatre, hiking, white water rafting, hunting, or fishing.  You can snowmobile on ITS trails right outside the door, and in the fall view spectacular foliage (and perhaps a moose) on Route 201 along the Kennebec River.

 All our rooms have private baths, and are uniquely and comfortably decorated with quilts handmade by your hostess.  Enjoy breakfast in the dining room, warmed by the morning sun.  Relax, read, socialize, or watch TV in the sitting room, where there may be a toasty fire lit in the Rumford fireplace.
